Adding Clients/Issues
What is the difference between Clients and Issues?
If you represent and/or advocate on behalf of multiple clients, you will see the option to add each Client, along with their mission and advocacy goals.
If you represent and/or advocate on behalf of a single company or organization, you will see the option to add Issues, along with a summary and advocacy goal(s) for each Issue.
- Clients/Issues is where you configure your Clients or Issues, their mission/summary, and their advocacy goals.
- You can add or edit your Clients/Issues and their information at any time.
Tip: The more context we have on what topics matter most to your clients/organization, the better your Roboro suggestions and insights will be.

Adding Users
- Users is where you can add/manage users for your Roboro account.

Managing Notifications
- Notifications is where you can manage your global notifications that would apply to all tracked bills.
- By default, you are set up to receive email alerts for all tracked bills. Click on the blue "edit" button to make changes.
- When you begin to track individual bills during session, you'll also be able to customize alerts for individual bills, as needed.

Suggested Bills
- Suggested Bills are bills that we've flagged for you based on the information about your Clients/Issues.
- Click into the bill to review, update, and track the bill.
- If you choose to track the bill, it will move from Suggested Bills into Tracked Bills. You can also ignore a suggestion by clicking on the "X" button.
- Roboro is actively monitoring new bills and legislative actions in the background, so the Suggested Bills page is continuously updated with bills that may have an impact for your Clients/organization.

Using Search
- On the Search page, you can search for bills using plain language.
- Roboro understands natural language (just like how you search in Google), as well as context and intent - this ensures you get the most complete search results for the topic you are interested in.
Tip: You can search for bills in a previous session by adding the year (for example: "pharmaceutical bills in 2023").
