Manage Clients
In this article:
Why Add My Clients?
Roboro is your 24/7 AI virtual assistant at the legislature, continuously watching for legislation that could impact your Clients. After adding your Clients, along with their mission and advocacy goals, Roboro will flag Suggested Bills that may have an impact on your clients. The more context we have on what topics matter most to your clients, the better your Roboro suggestions and insights will be.
Adding a Client

The Client Dashboard is where you configure your Clients, their mission and advocacy goals. You can add/edit your Clients and their mission and goals at any time. To save a Client, include their name, mission, and at least one goal. You can add specific users as Client "Owners" if you choose to.

Once added, the Client Dashboard will show you quick insights, like:
- How many active clients you have
- How many bills you're tracking
- How many of those tracked bills are moving actively ("Surging")
- How many bills you are tracking have passed.

Updating a Client
You can edit your Clients and their mission and goals at any time. To edit a Client, click anywhere within the box. When adding a new goal, be sure to press "Add Goal" to save.

Deactivating a Client

To deactivate a Client, click on the 'X" by the right side of their box. You will be asked for confirmation before the Client is deactivated. Once a Client is deactivated, it will be removed from the list and the total count.

You can toggle the switch to show/hide inactive Clients. If toggled on, deactivated Clients will appear in red at the bottom of your Client list.
