Add a New User or Team Member

To add a new user or team member, go to Users under the Administration section.

Click on the "Add new user" button.

After you click on the button, you will see a pop-up to add your new user.

• Add the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
• Add the user's Phone number if they want to receive text message alerts.
• Select the user's User Permissions.
• Click "Confirm" when done.
• Roboro will email the user with an invitation and link to create a password.

Configure User Permissions

You have the following options to customize User Permissions:

1. Client Permissions
   1. View - Allows the user to view Clients
   2. Create - Allows the user to create Clients
   3. Edit - Allows the user to edit Clients
   4. Delete - Allows the user to deactivate Clients
2. User Permissions
   1. View - Allows the user to view Users
   2. Create - Allows the user to create Users
   3. Edit - Allows the user to edit Users
   4. Delete - Allows the user to deactivate Users
3. Notification Defaults Permissions
   1. View - Allows the user to view Global Notifications
   2. Create - Allows the user to create Global Notifications
   3. Edit - Allows the user to edit Global Notifications
   4. Delete - Allows the user to delete Global Notifications
4. Subscription Permissions
   1. Manage - allows the user to view and make changes to the account subscription and payment methods.

Resend Invitation Email

To resend the invite email, click on the "mail" button next to the user's name.

Deactivate a User

To deactivate a user, click on the "X" button next to the user's name.
