What's on a Bill Page?
Each individual bill page in Roboro includes tools and information to help you quickly understand and take action on legislation. Below is an overview of the core sections you'll find on every bill page.
Quick Actions

At the top of every bill page, you'll find a ribbon with quick-action buttons that let you jump between sections, view the full bill on the state legislature's website, or manage your tracking preferences. Click "Full Bill" to open the official bill page, and click "Tracking" to add or update who the bill is being tracked for.

Roboro Summary
Each bill includes an AI-generated Roboro Summary that highlights the core purpose and key provisions— helping you quickly understand before reading the full text. Bill summaries are updated in real-time.
For longer or more complex bills, you may also see a Detailed Roboro Summary broken into multiple parts for easier review.
Bill Details
The "Details" section is where you will find key information about the bill, including:
- Labels (if available)
- Editions of the bill, including change scope, highlights, and comparisons with previous editions
- Sponsors
- Vote history
- Key actions and dates
Client Impact Analysis
The "Clients" section shows how the bill may affect certain clients, based on the mission and goals you've defined. Roboro assigns an impact level (Low, Medium, or High) along with an AI-generated description of why this bill may impact that specific clients. This can help you quickly assess which clients need to be alerted or engaged.
Note: Depending on your organization's setup, you might see Issues instead of Clients. These are the same thing — Roboro simply adjusts the label based on whether you represent multiple clients or a single organization.

Bill Research
Bill Research is a helpful tool for getting you up to speed on any piece of legislation. You can ask questions in plain language— like "When does this bill go into effect?" or "Does this bill include any appropriations?"— and Roboro will return relevant answers based only on the bill's content.
Notes
You can use the Notes section to leave comments, observations, or insights about the bill. Notes are shared across all users on your organization's account, making it easy to collaborate and keep track of important context. If you choose to, you can include these notes in your reports.
