Clients vs. Issues

In this article:

What's the Difference?

Roboro tailors your setup based on the type of organization you represent. Depending on how your account is configured, you'll either see the option to manage Clients or Issues— not both.

Clients

If you represent and/or advocate on behalf of multiple clients (such as a lobbying firm or public affairs agency, you'll see the option to manage Clients.

For each client, you will add:

  • Their name
  • Their mission
  • Their advocacy goals

Roboro uses this information to flag Suggested Bills that may be impactful to your clients based on their priorities.

Issues

If you represent and/or advocate on behalf of a single organization (such as a nonprofit, company, or association), you'll see the option to manage Issues.

  • A summary
  • Your advocacy goal(s)
