Track a Bill from Suggested Bills

Suggested Bills are bills that we've flagged for you based on information about your Clients or organization. Roboro is actively monitoring new bills and legislative actions in the background, so the Suggested Bills page is continuously updated with bills that may have an impact. 

  • From the Suggested page, click on a bill you are interested in to view the bill's Roboro summary, details, and impact on your Clients or organization.
  • Select the “Tracking” button in the top ribbon to begin tracking the bill. Slide the toggle on for each Client or Issue you wish to track the bill for and click “Confirm” to save your choices.

Tip: You can ignore a suggestion on your Suggested Bills by clicking on the "X" button. Roboro's AI-powered Suggestions algorithm "learns" based on the bills you track and the bills you ignore, and gets better and better over time the more you use the platform.

Track a Bill from Search

Roboro understands natural language (just like how you search in Google), as well as context and intent - this ensures you get the most comprehensive search results for the topic you are interested in.

  • On the Search page, you can search for bills using plain language.
  • Click on a bill you are interested in to view a Roboro’s summary, details, and impact on your clients or organization.
  • Select the “Tracking” button in the top ribbon to begin tracking the bill. Slide the toggle on for each Client/Issue you wish to track the bill for and press “Confirm” to save your choices.

Tracking a Bill: Step-by-Step

Once you've selected a bill (from Search, Suggested Bills, or elsewhere), follow these steps to begin tracking it:

  1. Select the "Tracking" button in the top ribbon.

  1. A list of your Clients/Issues will appear. Slide the toggle ON for each Client/Issue you want to track the bill for.

  1. Select "Confirm" to save your changes.

Tracked Bills Page

Once you start tracking a bill, it will move into Tracked Bills.

  • You can view all of your Tracked Bills on the Tracked Bills page.
  • You can filter your view for specific Client(s), Issue(s) or label(s) using the Filter at the top of the page.

Managing Notifications

To manage notifications for your Suggested Bills and Tracked Bills, go to Notifications (under the Administration section).
