What are Client Owners?

Client Owners are designated users who are responsible for managing and monitoring a specific Client within Roboro. Assigning Client Owners helps ensure the right team members receive relevant notifications and maintain oversight of their assigned Clients.

Assigning Client Owners

You can assign Client Owners directly from the Client Dashboard when creating or editing a Client.

Click into a Client and add the appropriate users as Owners. You can add multiple Owners for a Client.

Managing Client Owners from the Users Section

You can also manage which Clients a user owns from the Users section of the platform.

Click into the User and add their Clients under the "Clients Owned" section. Select "Confirm" to save your changes.

This method is useful when onboarding new team members or reorganizing Client responsibilities across your team.

Notifications for Client Owners

When setting up Notifications in Roboro, you can configure alerts to be sent specifically to Client Owners. This ensures the right people are notified when important updates occur related to their assigned Clients.
