What are Reports?

Roboro offers several types Reports that allow you to share key legislative updates and bill progress in a format that works for you and your clients/organization. These reports can be personalized your reports to reflect your reporting preferences and your organization's branding.

Types of Reports

Tracked Bills Report

The Tracked Bills Report provides a detailed view of the bills you are tracking for a Client/Issue. It includes the key details and actions for each bill. It also provides an overview of how many bills are being tracked for the Client/Issue. This report is ideal for sharing a full overview of tracked activity.

Client Progress Report

The Client Progress Report gives a high-level snapshot of the legislative progress of tracked bills for a Client/Issue. It includes the key bill details, actions taken in each chamber, and the current status. This report is ideal for showing bill movement and momentum.

Note: You will either see a Client Progress Report or an Issue Progress Report, depending on your organization's setup. The content and format are the same— Roboro simply adjusts the label based on whether you represent multiple clients or a single organization.

Summary Report

The Summary Report is a condensed version of the Tracked Bills report. It includes the same critical insights, but with fewer pages. This report is modeled after the Tracked Bills page in the platform and is useful for quick updates.


Save and Export

There are multiple ways to save or export your reports depending on your needs.

  • Print or Save as PDF
    • Click the "Print" button to print or generate a PDF. The PDF version includes clickable links and is formatted for easy sharing with clients or internally.
  • Export Raw Data (CSV)
    • If you want to analyze the data outside of Roboro, click the "Raw data" button to download a CSV file of the report contents.
