Issue Owners
In this article:
What Are Issue Owners?
Issue Owners are designated users who are responsible for managing and monitoring a specific Issue within Roboro. Assigning Issue Owners helps ensure the right team members receive relevant notifications and maintain oversight of their assigned Issues.
Assigning Issue Owners
You can assign Issue Owners directly from the Issues Dashboard when creating or editing an Issue.
Click into an Issue and add the appropriate users as Owners. You can add multiple Owners for an Issue.

Managing Issue Owners from the Users Section
You can also manage which Issues a user owns from the Users section of the platform.
Click into the User and add their Issues under the "Issues Owned" section. Select "Confirm" to save your changes.

This method is useful when onboarding new team members or reorganizing Issue responsibilities across your team.
Notifications for Issue Owners
When setting up Notifications in Roboro, you can configure alerts to be sent specifically to Issue Owners. This ensures the right people are notified when important updates occur related to their assigned Issues.
